Michael is a urology nurse consultant specializing in bladder, kidney and prostate cancer survivorship. He is clinically specialized in the management of sexual function post prostatectomy, lower urinary tract symptoms, continence, and renal stones. He assists in many urology procedures under local anaesthetic.

Michael has completed the Prostate Nursing Care course at La Trobe University, Graduate Certificate of Health with a specialization in Scheduled Medicines (University of Southern Queensland), and is currently enrolled in the Master of Nursing (Flinders University) to become a Nurse Practitioner in October 2024.

 Michael is involved in several research projects within urology to advance treatment and patient care.

 Michael is a member of the Australia & New Zealand Urological Nurses Society (ANZUNS), Victorian Urological Nurses Society (VUNS), and the Australian College of Nursing (ACN).
